In order to exercise the right of return, the Customer must return, within 14 days from the receipt of the order, the items to be returned / exchanged.
Items must be new and complete as at the time of receipt and must be returned in original condition.
This right of return can only be accepted if the products received by the customer are damaged in some way or if the size received does not correspond to the order.
Products returned incomplete, damaged or used by the customer will not be accepted.
In the event of the exercise of the right of return, SUBURBANA will do its best to reimburse the client quickly, however,
it will depend on the evaluations that will be made to the material, with a maximum duration of 15 days.
In case the payment has been made through bank transfer, the customer will be refunded by bank transfer.
Exceptionally, during the Christmas shopping period - from November 16 to December 17, the exchange period lasts until January 10,
and this extension does not apply to refunds of value - for reimbursement of within 14 days of receipt of the order.
Refunds are not available for any items purchased on sale unless they are deemed faulty. Sale items may only be exchanged within 14 days of purchase, either for an item of the same value or for a credit note.
