STANDARD SHIPPING
We strive to provide immediate shipping from Monday to Friday if your order reaches us before 6:00pm CET.
This does not apply if you choose bank transfer as your payment method, because a SEPA transfer via online banking usually takes 1 business day to be processed, and a paper-based SEPA transfer takes up to 2 business days.
Normally DHL delivers all parcels. However, in some countries, delivery may be made through a logistics partner of DHL.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
Choose Express mail, and your order placed from Monday to Friday until 6:00pm CET will be delivered extremely quickly (1 business day for the main part of Europe, excluding islands and remote areas).
